Everything was perfect from the moment I called. Another florist was unable to provide what their website advertised. Ludwig's was able to do a blanket we were looking for, and the flowers that accompanied the blanket were absolutely beautiful.

I am out of town and needed to send a sympathy bouquet to a friend. I looked around and ended up calling Ludwig’s. I was not disappointed. The gal on the phone was so nice and helpful and walked me through the process. It was the end of the day when I ordered and the bouquet was delivered the next day with a nice note. They even sent me a picture so I could see it (I asked for the pic).

Great flowers, greenery, and customer service for our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party that were both on the Strip! We live out of town so were working with Tim long distance. Tim and his staff were great listeners, with great attention to detail. Everything was done perfectly, was on time, and exceeded my expectations with the design and vision decisions.
