I trained with Sam Braxton at the Training Room for a long time. Sam was certainly knowledgeable—he kept me injury free, helped me get much stronger, and was always able to tailor things to my goals/needs. He’s more than just a personal trainer, too. He had lots of good guidance on diet, recovery, etc. I recommend Sam if you want to improve your strength, fitness and life!

I’ve been working with Sam Braxton for a while now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough — especially for women like me navigating fitness in their 50s. What truly sets Sam apart is his adaptability and attentiveness. He listens carefully to what my body needs on any given day and adjusts our sessions accordingly, whether that means modifying movements, focusing on mobility, or pushing me (safely!) when I’m ready. As a woman in midlife, I so appreciate having a trainer who understands that this is a dynamic time for the body, and who meets me where I am — not where some cookie-cutter program says I should be. Sam brings deep knowledge, encouragement, and respect to every session. Working with him has helped me build strength and resilience while staying attuned to my body’s unique needs. Highly recommend!

Sam was always consistent and reliable, yet flexible when schedules needed to shift.
