IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DELIVERS ON RESULTS, DON’T THINK TWICE. JUST HIRE VIVIANA ! MY HOUSE WAS LISTED FOR SALE CLOSE TO A YEAR. IT WAS OFFICIALLY A STALE LISTING. I HIRED DIFFERENT LISTING AGENTS AND THEY HAD ONE THING IN COMMON. THEY ALL PUSHED ME TO LOWER THE PRICE TO MAKE A QUICK SALE. PURELY BY LUCK, I FOUND VIVIANA ON LINE. WELL, THAT WAS THE DAY MY LUCK CHANGED ! SHE LISTENED TO ALL MY CONCERNS, THEN CUSTOMIZED THE SALES STRATEGY. SHE HIRED AN EXCELLENT PHOTOGRAPHER, AND GAVE THE MAXIMUM EXPOSURE ONLINE. SHE CAME TO MY HOUSE EVERY TIME THERE WAS A PRIVATE VIEWING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. AS A RESULT, I SOLD MY HOUSE IN A LITTLE MORE THAN A MONTH FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE ! I COULD GO ON AND ON HOW GREAT SHE IS BUT THE GREATEST THING ABOUT HER IS THAT SHE NEVER ONCE PRESSURED ME TO LOWER THE LISTING PRICE TO MAKE A QUICK SALE ! SHE ALWAYS, ALWAYS PUT MY INTERESTS FIRST. In addition to the normal realtor tasks of showing and marketing the home and keeping us on track with each step of the purchase and sale process (and all the paperwork that goes with it), Viviana and her team went “above and beyond” by scheduling minor painting and repair jobs for us, replacing a lost key, and advising us at key points in the negotiation process. She took our opinions seriously while adding her own expertise to help us make the best decisions as to listing price, counter-offers, etc. She was willing to provide a discount on the standard commission, saving us thousands of dollars.
