Seeking help is never easy. It is a scary and daunting task. When you suffer from anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The last thing anyone wants to do is face those demons alone and continue to avoid/deflect. When I found Tampa Therapy I reached out to them and within the same business day Jessica introduced herself, answered all my questions, and highly recommend that Kathy (which also goes by K) would be a perfect fit. Scheduling was an extremely easy and I was able to be seen within a few days. My first impression of Kathy was warm, heartfelt, compassionate, and listens without the feeling of judgment. Since day one Kathy has invested all of her time, experience, knowledge, and education into our sessions every time we meet. She has been an essential part of my mental health and overall wellbeing. I love her sense of humor and every time we meet, there's so much to take away. I have seen Kathy now for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. She is helping me fight through the most challenging time of my life, which is a continues process.
