Could not get a call back after leaving message. Called Roger and he came to house in an hour or so. Filled my unit with salt and was check on why no one called me back for yearly service call. Roger was so very accommodating and funny and assured me he would find out why I did not get return calls from office. Can't thank him enough for helping out in short notice.
